TALENT DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM

PEDAGOGICAL SKILLS.
It has always been an ulterior motive within our different academic programs to instill a sense of purpose and practical application in the minds of our students over the years. It has never been a better time than now to cater to students' individual vocation to become a "true" teacher, rather than instructor. Nowadays, it is rare to find the right environment to effectively nurture this vocation with appropriate diet of self-esteem, compassion, as well as responsibility towards the influence a teacher may have in his/her students' lives. This is the core of our service in developing positive pedagogical skills within serious candidates. We further provide practicum and employment opportunities.

PERFORMING SKILLS.
Along with the implementation of our Macchu Pichu Recording Studio and our Concert Stage, we can provide training to unleash performing potential among interested students. This includes areas such as stage presence and development of meaningful performing skills. Successful candidates can complete professional demo recordings as tools for individual or group promotion as performers. We are gradually establishing useful connections with agents in other regions to help promoting these talents.

The UCOM Endowment Fund Program

The UCOM Endowment Fund Program is designed not only to subsidize students’ participation in important extracurricular activities, thus making their training more exciting, but to furthermore offset the added cost usually associated with advanced musical education and the design of venues and opportunities for its use.   We are, therefore, trying to reward students’ sustained proactive efforts towards hard work in their music studies and practice.
